Shopping, walking, relaxing and dining – you can easily spend a whole day at Otterburn Mill.
Set in the picturesque village of Otterburn, just on the edge of the Northumberland National Park, Otterburn Mill provides the perfect setting for a family day out and everyone is welcome.
The shop itself is fascinating as it is housed in the original mill buildings, where you can still see the mill workings, alongside archive materials, tools and machinery once associated with a thriving local weaving industry.
After a morning of shopping – men's, women's and children's clothing - stop for a spot of lunch in the Weavers restaurant before spending an afternoon relaxing in the grounds. For a gentle stroll or a picnic, there is an easy footpath along the river and the little ones can even paddle for tiddlers.
Finish off the day by browsing our books and giftware areas and enjoy a coffee in the Mill's traditional apple orchard before heading home and resting your weary shopping feet!
