Social Media Competitions
Otterburn Mills Ltd often gives you the chance to win prizes in our giveaway competitions on social media or in store.
To be in with a chance to win online competitions entrants must visit our Facebook page or Instagram page and follow the specific instructions for that particular giveaway competition.
Entrants must be 18 or over to enter these competitions and each entrant can only enter once per giveaway.
The winner of every competition is drawn randomly and will be contacted on the same social media channel on which they have entered or by the contact details they have given.
If we notify you that you have won the competition, prizes must be claimed within one month.
Prizes are subject to availability.
When prizes are from our product range, they cannot be exchanged for other items and cannot be returned for cash.
Prizes can only be delivered to UK mainland. If you reside outside this area and are a winner we will be unable to dispatch your prize.
When prizes are vouchers, they cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given in cash if the value of your purchase is less than the voucher value. If you would like to purchase goods for a higher value than the voucher, you can pay the difference using cash, debit or credit card. Photocopies or damaged copies of the voucher will not be accepted.
Winners may be asked to provide a photo of them with their prize, to allow us to be able to promote the fact that our competitions are genuine. By entering any social media competition, you are agreeing to being able to fulfil this.
Otterburn Mills Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time or to modify the terms and conditions.
In Store Competitions

To be in with a chance to win in store competitions entrants must fill in their details on the leaflet provided and hand this in at one of our shops.
Entrants must be 18 or over to enter these competitions and each entrant can only enter once per giveaway.
