All Returns & Exchanges
Please request our returns label 01830 521 001 (send via your local Post Office – obtain a receipt for your records) we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Please include a copy of the order and the completed returns policy note in your parcel. You will be charged £2.99 for all returns (you can pay this by card payment over the telephone or send money via Paypal - we do not accept cheque’s)

Re Return of Dog/Pet beds & mats
Ple Please ensure when trying pet beds/mats for size the protective polythene packing is not removed, any bed returned to us soiled or not suitable for resale will incur a 20% handling fee
Refund
· We will refund/exchange any item(s) that are returned in an unused, as new condition complete with labels and are returned within 30 days of delivery
· If you choose to use your own returns method we are unable to refund any return postage or delivery charges (please request our returns label - see above)
Faulty items
· Please contact us by telephone/email before returning the faulty item (no returns charge)
